Angel Velez is a Mexican-American photographer based in New Jersey, specializing in portraiture with additional experience in commercial and event photography. His passion for photography began in high school when his art teacher introduced him to the craft, sparking a love for capturing moments. He frequently photographed his friends, developing his skills and style over the years.

Velez recently graduated from New Jersey City University with a degree in Fine Arts, concentrating in photography. With the knowledge and experience he has accumulated, he is dedicated to helping his clients succeed by creating images that are not only visually stunning but also effective in driving sales and building brand awareness.

When he's not behind the camera, Velez can be found DJing under the name “Chaga,” running and training for his next race, or diving 40 feet deep into the ocean, exploring reefs and enjoying the underwater world.
